For almost a decade, I've built venture-backed tech companies in the US and Europe and led international teams.

It looked like freedom and "the dream". But in reality, I was becoming increasingly numb and disconnected from myself.


In 2018, while building my second start-up in New York City, I experienced a panic attack that changed everything. I could no longer work, think or achieve my way through what I was feeling.

I realized: The patterns that had brought me success were no longer serving me.


What followed was a deep journey into somatic intelligence, systemic work and emotional healing and a rediscovery of what it means to feel truly alive. And throughout that journey, I wished there had been a space like AURORA.


Today, I'm creating that space: A collective for women ready to bring their ambition, intuition, softness, power and creativity together — and explore a different way of leading, creating and living.
