Therapy typically focuses on healing psychological wounds, processing past trauma, managing mental health conditions, and creating stability. It's often oriented toward understanding your history and resolving clinical issues. Many therapists work primarily through talk-based methods.

My work is oriented toward transformation and leadership development through somatic and systemic methods. While we absolutely work with emotional patterns and past experiences when they're blocking your full expression, the focus is on:

  • Forward movement: Releasing what's in the way so you can step into your fullest potential as a leader

  • Embodied integration: Not just understanding patterns intellectually, but releasing them somatically and rewiring your nervous system

  • Leadership as a spiritual path: Recognizing that leading others requires leading yourself from a place of wholeness, alignment, and truth

That said, my training includes deep therapeutic modalities (BBTRS®, FastReset®, Neo Emotional Release®, Internal Family Systems), so the work can be therapeutic in nature – we go deep, we process emotion, we work with parts of yourself that have been hidden or suppressed.

Sessions are 60 minutes weekly or every two weeks, with integration support between sessions and invitations to monthly masterclasses.

FastReset® Emotional Clarity is a targeted, short-term offering of 5 sessions (90 minutes) designed for leaders navigating a specific emotional block, critical decision, or turning point. FastReset® sessions: 5 sessions over 3-6 weeks. This is targeted, focused work for a specific issue.

1:1 Transformational Guidance: Most clients work with me for 6-12 months minimum. Real transformation – the kind that rewires your nervous system, shifts deep emotional patterns, and changes how you fundamentally lead and live – takes time. It's not a quick fix.

Some clients continue for longer (18-24 months) because the work deepens over time and new layers emerge as they grow. Others return periodically for focused support during threshold moments.
