What often hasn’t been addressed is the cumulative impact of pressure, responsibility, and emotional suppression on the nervous system and how this shapes decision-making, presence, and leadership under stress.

Rather than focusing on mindset or behavioral optimisation, my work supports the release of deeply held survival patterns stored in the body and nervous system. This includes nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and precise emotional release work, including advanced neurosomatic methods such as FastReset®.

Therapy typically focuses on healing psychological wounds, processing past trauma, managing mental health conditions, and creating stability. It's often oriented toward understanding your history and resolving clinical issues. Many therapists work primarily through talk-based methods.

My work is oriented toward transformation and leadership development through somatic and systemic methods. While we absolutely work with emotional patterns and past experiences when they're blocking your full expression, the focus is on:

• Forward movement: Releasing what's in the way so you can step into your fullest potential as a leader

• Embodied integration: Not just understanding patterns intellectually, but releasing them somatically and rewiring your nervous system

That said, my training includes deep therapeutic modalities (BBTRS®, FastReset®, Neo Emotional Release®, Internal Family Systems), so the work can be therapeutic in nature – we go deep, we process emotion, we work with parts of yourself that have been hidden or suppressed.

We work together over 6-12 months, integrating multiple modalities (FastReset® emotional release, somatic therapy, systemic work, transformational coaching) tailored entirely to your unique journey. This is for leaders ready for deep, sustained transformation with my full attention and support. Sessions are 60 minutes weekly or every two weeks, with integration support between sessions and invitations to monthly masterclasses.

FastReset® Emotional Clarity is a targeted, short-term offering of 5 sessions (90 minutes) designed for leaders navigating a specific emotional block, critical decision, or turning point. It's focused, efficient, and uses a neuroscience-backed approach to release stored emotions quickly. This can be standalone work or an entry point into longer-term guidance.

REWIRED is a somatic-based leadership cohort specifically for early-stage startup founders ready to build from a different paradigm. It's a group container where you're supported by both me and a community of fellow founders going through similar transformations. The cohort format offers both individual attention and collective wisdom.

Retreats & Immersions are in-person experiences that combine somatic work, emotional release, deep rest, and transformational practices in an immersive setting. These are powerful for leaders who need to step completely out of their daily context to reconnect with themselves.

1:1 Transformational Guidance: Most clients work with me for 6-12 months minimum. Real transformation – the kind that rewires your nervous system, shifts deep emotional patterns, and changes how you fundamentally lead and live – takes time. It's not a quick fix.

Some clients continue for longer (18-24 months) because the work deepens over time and new layers emerge as they grow. Others return periodically for focused support during threshold moments.

Group Programs: These are defined programs with a clear timeline (several months).

Retreats: These are one-time immersive experiences, though many participants return for multiple retreats over the years.
