Approach

To Access What’s Holding You Back, We Have to Go Beyond Words

Lasting change happens when we move beyond understanding—into feeling, processing, and integrating at a deeper level. My approach blends somatics, neurobiology, systemic coaching, and emotional release to create embodied, lasting change.

A Somatic, Integrated Approach to Leadership Coaching
A space for you to be – beyond words

If you’ve tried mindset work, traditional coaching, or even talk therapy but still feel stuck in cycles of stress, emotional reactivity, or deep exhaustion, it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.

It’s because true change doesn’t happen through insight alone. The patterns that shape your leadership aren’t just mental—they’re deeply wired into your body and nervous system. Stress responses, emotional triggers, and limiting beliefs don’t shift by thinking differently; they shift when your system feels safe enough to let go.

That’s why my approach isn’t about talking through problems. It’s about working with your whole being. I guide you into the spaces where lasting change happens—beneath the words, into the felt experience, where your body, mind, and heart can finally realign.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about meeting yourself in a way you never have before.

The Three Pillars of My Approach

Systemic Coaching – Seeing the Whole Picture

Systemic coaching helps us step back to see the subconscious dynamics shaping your reality, revealing what’s pulling too tightly, where energy is stuck, and where there's space to shift, soften, and realign.

Emotional Release – Releasing What’s Been Held for Too Long

Emotions are pure life force. But when unprocessed, they don’t disappear–they get stored in your body, creating tension, exhaustion, and disconnection. I guide you to gently release what’s been suppressed, restoring clarity, energy, and emotional depth.

Nervous System & Somatic Wisdom – Regulating from the Inside Out

Your nervous system dictates how you handle stress, pressure, and uncertainty. Instead of pushing through, we create internal safety, expand your capacity, and shift you from survival mode to deep presence—allowing for real, lasting change.

I was able to connect with Bianca from the first moment. Thanks to her gentle and at the same time powerful way, we quickly got to the root. Our work helped me to release an inner block and take my mission and vision to the next level. As a coach myself, it is essential on my path to always stick to my own process. Bianca was a great companion on this path to keep body, mind & soul in harmony.

The Process

How We Work Together: The Journey from Surviving to Thriving

Change isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, listening deeply, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked, suppressed, or stuck in survival mode.

My process guides you through five key stages:

Creating Space to Listen

Stress isn’t just external; it’s stored in the nervous system. The first step is to reconnect with your body, identify where tension lives, and create the safety needed for deeper exploration. We begin exactly where you are – not by pushing for change, but by creating space to slow down and listen.

Feeling What Hasn’t Been Felt

Many high-achievers disconnect from emotions to stay in control, but what’s suppressed doesn’t disappear—it accumulates. Together, we gently restore your connection to feeling, allowing long-held emotions to surface without judgment. This isn’t about fixing; it’s about releasing what’s been waiting to be felt.

Seeing the Patterns That Run You

Behind stress, burnout, and reactivity are unconscious patterns shaped by personal history and systemic influences. We identify coping mechanisms and dynamics, bringing awareness to what’s been holding you back and creating space for new choices.

Leading from Alignment, Not Survival

As you reconnect with your inner safety, real shifts are possible – both in how you feel and how you lead. We integrate this growth into your leadership, relationships, and decisions, ensuring your change translates into aligned action in your business and life.

A Partnership for Lasting Change

For many of the founders and leaders I work with, I become a trusted partner, offering grounded support as you continue to integrate, evolve, and lead from a place of authenticity, clarity, and embodied presence.

This is more than coaching. It’s a partnership rooted in radical honesty, deep presence, and growth.

This Is What Makes My Guidance Different

The way you lead and live is shaped by far more than just your mindset and conscious strategies. Your nervous system, emotional imprints, and the subconscious patterns beneath the surface influence every decision, reaction, and experience.

That’s Why:

We go beyond talking

Understanding your patterns is one thing—shifting them at a deeper level is another.

We address the root, not just the symptoms

Burnout, stress, and reactivity aren’t problems to fix; they are signals to listen to.

We work systemically

We explore how you relate to your team, your business, your family of origin and yourself—making space for lasting shifts.

We integrate emotional release

Talking about emotions isn’t enough. We create a safe space for what’s been suppressed to be fully felt, processed, and released.

We shift paradigms within

Moving from a conditioning of “I have to do to be” to a paradigm of “I am, therefore I create” is deeply transformative. It’s the deepest shift within.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s talk.

Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to make sense of things. Let’s have a no-strings-attached 30-minute call to see if I can support you.

FAQs

  • If you’re after a quick fix, one session might feel tempting. But the kind of growth we’re working toward requires depth and consistency. Imagine trying to learn a new language in one lesson, the real fluency will only come with practice and time. It’s the same for working with our body, emotions and mind. They need time to open, soften and heal.

By giving yourself space to work through the layers of emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses, you’ll set yourself up for breakthroughs that truly last.

  • We start with a 12-week minimum commitment of weekly coaching sessions. This gives your nervous system the time it needs to adjust, process, and grow.

Many of the people I work  with find the work so valuable that they continue in a looser, ongoing schedule as they evolve.

  • Absolutely! I offer coaching in both English and German (fluent in both), so you can choose the language that feels most natural for you.

  • My Coaching sessions are held remotely via video call, so we can stay flexible and consistent no matter where work takes us.

For certain sessions, like an emotional release session, we can arrange in-person coaching in Vienna or Lisbon if that feels right for you.

I also host private healing retreats in Portugal and workshops internationally if you’re looking for an immersive experience. You can check those out here: [Link to events section].

  • My coaching approach combines formal training in several proven modalities with years of hands-on leadership experience as a CEO of high-growth startups.

I know firsthand the challenges of leading under pressure, managing teams, and navigating burnout, which allows me to step into your shoes and understand the challenges that need untangling.

    I am formally trained in:

    • Systemic Coaching and Transformational Coaching for Executives

    • Neo Emotional Release®

    • FastReset® – Neuroscience for Emotional Healing

    • Nonviolent Communication

    • Systemic Constellation

    • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) & Meditation

    • Dynamic Facilitation

  • Traditional executive coaching often sticks to strategy, productivity, and performance: the “what” of leadership. My approach dives into the “why” and the “how.”

We’ll go deeper than surface-level tactics by integrating somatic and trauma-informed practices that address the emotional and physiological aspects of leadership. This means we’re not just tweaking, we’re transforming the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that shape how you show up.

  • I completely understand that concern. The idea of diving into deep emotional work can feel scary —especially when you’re already carrying so much. Let me reassure you. This coaching will not force you to confront feelings you’re not ready for or push you into uncomfortable territory for the sake of ‘feeling something’.

This work is paced entirely by you. We’ll create a safe, steady space where you can explore what feels manageable, one step at a time. If we do get to deeper emotions, it will be because you feel ready to go there, not because you’re being pushed.

So, don’t worry, your emotions are not Pandora’s Box. It’s more like opening a window to let some fresh air in.

  • Usually I meet with my clients on a weekly session of 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to ease into emotion and do the deeper work. Ocassionally and based on your process, a specific session might require up to 120 minutes. We’ll discuss that upfront and it will be at no extra charge for you. Your process is my highest priority.

Between sessions, I’ll share practical tools and exercises to keep the momentum going. The goal is to make progress both in and outside our sessions, one step at a time.

  • I transitioned to leadership coaching because I’ve lived the pressure, the weight, and the isolation that comes with being a leader. As a high-growth startup CEO for nearly a decade, I experienced the highs of success but also the toll it takes: the burnout, the self-doubt, and the constant need to prove yourself. I know what it feels like to carry so much responsibility while quietly wondering if you’re losing yourself in the process.

That’s why I coach. I want to give leaders the kind of support I wish I had. To show how deeply enriching it can be to discover the deeper layers of your being. The patterns, nervous system responses, and emotional blocks that shape how we lead, connect and live.
