This depends entirely on the container you choose:
FastReset® sessions: 3-5 sessions over 3-6 weeks. This is targeted, focused work for a specific issue.
1:1 Transformational Guidance: Most clients work with me for 6-12 months minimum. Real transformation—the kind that rewires your nervous system, shifts deep emotional patterns, and changes how you fundamentally lead and live—takes time. It's not a quick fix.
Some clients continue for longer (18-24 months) because the work deepens over time and new layers emerge as they grow. Others return periodically for focused support during threshold moments.
Group Programs: These are defined programs with a clear timeline (several months).
Retreats: These are one-time immersive experiences, though many participants return for multiple retreats over the years.
