A SOMATIC RETREAT FOR WOMEN WHO LEAD
Sovereign
JUNE 2027 · SOUTH PORTUGAL
For the woman who is done living and leading from smallness, and ready to return to her full aliveness.
THE THRESHOLD
What stands between you and her?
The version of you who is fully alive, unmistakably powerful, and free. Who no longer shrinks so others stay comfortable. Who is no longer afraid of her own light.
THE RETREAT
Remembering your power is not the same as living from it.
Most women who lead already know where they give away their power. Where they make themselves smaller. Where they abandon themselves. And still, the wiring runs deeper than insight can reach.
Sovereign is for the woman ready to change it where it lives: in the body.
The imprints you inherited. The smallness handed to you before you were old enough to refuse it. The ongoing need to perform to feel worthy.
We work with what is hidden.
With what you are still afraid to alchemize.
And you already know it is time.
THE JOURNEY
Four days. A deep reclaiming.
A deliberate arc, therapeutically held. Each day builds on the one before.
i. Melting the freeze
Landing in the body, and letting yourself feel what you have kept frozen and unfelt.
ii. Meeting the shadow
Turning toward what you flee. The triggers, the shadows, the parts kept in the dark.
iii. Remembering inner freedom
Reclaiming your voice, your pleasure, your power, and the vision that returns once the fear has moved.
iv. Embodying sovereignty
Living as the woman you reclaimed. Who are you, in your most sovereign self?

YOUR GUIDE
Bianca Gfrei
A former VC-backed founder, Bianca knows what it means to build external success while feeling deeply disconnected beneath the surface. Burnout became her initiation into a more embodied way of living and leading.
Today she guides founders, CEOs, and leaders through somatic and emotional work that reconnects them with their truth, power, and inner aliveness.
