He came to me as the CEO of a scaling food tech company with a powerful mission. A former banker turned entrepreneur, he had the vision, the capability, and the track record—but company challenges had triggered something deeper. He was ready to evolve beyond "founder mode" and step into true CEO presence. He wanted to lead from wisdom, not just willpower.
